Inspection Service Brief Overview

Assuring our valued clients an effective and comprehensive service at all times

In terms of WACs’ policies and procedures, on-site inspections are conducted totally independently by a inspection team consisting of two (2) person.

IMPORTANT: All services including on-site inspections are carried out using directly employed staff; no outsourcing or sub-contractors or contracting in.

Records are maintained for a minimum 10-years and the Client will have access to all its records on request.

Assuring our valued clients an effective and comprehensive service at all times

WAC will follow-up by way of standard notices generated from the Inspection Service DB on the status of all non-conformances recorded and issue the notifications to the Client and Maintenance Contractor if non-conformances are not satisfactorily closed out by way of the Follow-Up Transmittal Form received from the Maintenance Contractor.

Client specific executive reports / graphs indicating the level of maintenance and safety.

General advice or support regarding financial, technical and contractual matters, problematic installations and “maintenance agreements”.
