The entire Inspection Service (all business activities) is dictated and controlled by a SANS 17020 (ISO 17020) Quality Policy / Management System.

The entire Inspection Service process from beginning to end including financial matters is substantially controlled and managed by way of a custom designed and developed Inspection Service Data Base (with only a few special notifications generated as MS Word documents).

Advantages of using a Data Base to capture, report and manage the Inspection Service include;

  • The consistency and accuracy of reporting matters of a technical nature;
  • A Standard format for the presentation of technical reports;
  • A Simple and effective programming of the workload (initial audits and the follow-up inspections);
  • A Simple and effective management and control of the follow-up service (follow-up with regards to monitoring and closing out of non-conformances as identified and recorded)

    The Data captured can be used to generate numerous Client specific executive reports with regards to the level of maintenance and safety of their units (current and history).
